This thesis researches the problem of optimizing the number of relocations of containers at warehouses in port areas through the minimization problem. The research uses actual data from the company and solves it based on mathematical modeling through the CPLEX language with integer linear programming to find the optimal solution. In the next step, these results were applied with the PSO method to create sample results and compare them to verify the feasibility of the mathematical model that this thesis researches. The results are verified in accordance with what this thesis requires and are capable of being implemented when implementing future planning.en_US
