Warehousing service providers are key stakeholders Logistics and supply chain operations are growing significantly and face many challenges. In this study, a case study of a warehouse operations service provider located in Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City is evaluated. Thien Long warehouse is a warehouse for storing pens, student tool sets, stationery products, arranged, and divided into separate locations. Moving using the traditional method of picking up products according to orders takes a lot of time and increases distance. In this study, we introduce an order batching model employing two distinct approaches: a mathematical model implemented through Cplex, and a grouped genetic algorithm model created using Python. The second model is specifically engineered to address more substantial cases, as the previous model was only effective for small instances that could be solved within a reasonable timeframe. Subsequently, we propose a routing technique following the batching process and compare it with conventional routing methods to evaluate its performanceen_US
