Optimize Transportation Route By Applying Vehicle Routing Problems: A Case Study Of Coca-Cola New Factory

Abstract

This study is dealing with vehicle routing problem for the new built factory of Coca Cola company in Long An province. The main goal is to find the most optimal transportation route from the factory to the distributors that work with Coca-Cola company. First, we will search for suitable approaches and make comparisons to find out the best approaches before creating model and use Cplex tool to solve the problem. The result is pretty positive and sensitive analysis results has shown the importance of optimization in shipping. For future research, I plan to adapt the suggested method to real-world dynamic VRP in the future.
