dc.description.abstract | Agriculture is a strong industry of Lam Dong province. However, the system and
infrastructure serving the industry's supply chain still have many limitations. At the same
time, the issue of environmental protection is increasingly concerned, not only in Lam
Dong province but also around the world. The combination of supply chain and "Green"
in environmental protection has also been mentioned, but has not been applied and
popularized with farmers. Therefore, this study was proposed to investigate key factors
affecting the Participating Intention in Green Supply Chain of Agriculture Production in
the province including Internal Factors, External Factors and Perceived Utility, which
will affect the Environmental Performance. The study uses both qualitative and
quantitative methods to collect and analyze data, respectively. The study hypothesis was
tested and obtained data was analyzed using Cronbach's Alpha Reliability, Exploratory
Factor Analysis, Confirm Factor Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression. While the
estimated result was validated using Structural Equation Modeling and Bootstrap, then
using IBM SPSS Statistics 27 and IBM AMOS Statistics 20 to solve the problem. The
outcome of this research has shown that three factors Internal Factors, External Factors
and Perceived Utility have a significant impact on Environmental Performance, which
impact directly to Participating Intention. | en_US |
