This thesis explores the application of AnyLogistix simulation software in the context of supply chain design to enhance efficiency and achieve cost optimization in the operations of a textile company. The textile industry faces numerous challenges, including supply chain uncertainties, and cost fluctuations. To address these challenges, the study focuses on simulating differences scenarios and optimization techniques to design a cost-effective supply chain. The research employs a case study approach, centering on a real-world textile company as the subject of analysis. The objectives of the study encompass the development and validation of an AnyLogic simulation model that replicates the company's supply chain processes. This model serves as a dynamic platform for evaluating different strategies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.en_US
