dc.description.abstractPurpose: The objective of this study is to identify solutions for Company A in the garment industry, located in Dong Nai, to address existing deficiencies in the production process of clothing products. Additionally, it aims to maintain the performance of the production line during operations, thereby enhancing productivity, reducing the number of defects, and avoiding unnecessary waste. Design/ Methodology/ Approach: Gantt chart, Benchmarking, Pareto diagram, Critical -To Quality, QC tools, Microsoft Excel, Yamazumi chart, Control p-chart, RCA, Fishbone diagram, FMEA, Focus Group Discussion, 5W + 2H, KPI Findings: The defect rate for leggings (product code 330283) decreased from 5.76% to 2.5% after implementing recommendations in April 2024, with significant improvements made through employee training. Additionally, improvements in the workplace environment and workflow led to an increase in Production Capacity Efficiency (PCE) from 5.18% to 6.123% by minimizing non-value-added time.en_US
