Simulation is one of the critical processes used for inspection and testing in most production, operation, or trading activities across various fields. Fields where simulation techniques are applied include industrial manufacturing, healthcare, finance, and especially logistics, where simulation plays a significant role in building and perfecting a stable operational system. For monitoring performance in logistics, simulation models have long been considered a replica of real systems, providing an objective and clear view of their internal components to researchers. This helps them make accurate assessments of the existing issues within the actual system and propose appropriate and timely solutions. Applying simulation techniques to micro-level issues may not always be necessary. However, when used correctly and designed appropriately to fit the current system's issues, simulation can reveal problems that might not be evident otherwise. We might never understand how significantly changing a few small components can impact the final outcome without running a simulation. Therefore, simulation processes help identify problems in a more comprehensive and visual manner. However, if not designed and used properly, simulations can inadvertently lead to unnecessary waste of time and resources. In this study, a simulation model of a coffee shop's operation during peak hours will be built to collect data on resource utilization efficiency at the shop. The goal is to modify the current system to increase utilization efficiencen_US
