| dc.description.abstract | This paper delves into the nurse scheduling predicament within medical institutions,
focusing on a case study conducted at a polyclinic. The project's objective is to devise
systematic solutions tailored to address scheduling challenges typical of clinics in
Vietnam. By integrating Lexicographic Goal Programming and Dynamic Satisfaction
Function, the proposed solution aims to generate nurse schedules that optimize
operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and nurse satisfaction, utilizing CPLEX
software. Subsequently, multiple scenarios were created and implemented for validation
purposes, revealing the effectiveness of the proposed solution in resolving identified
