Optimizing Dental Delivery Dynamics: Integrating Open Vrp With Time Windows And Heterogeneous Fleet For Viet Dang Dental
Abstract
This detailed investigation proposes an innovative framework aimed at transforming the
logistical operations within Vietnam's dental industry, with a focus on Viet Dang Dental. The
thesis adeptly integrates Open Vehicle Routing Problem (Open VRP) with Time Windows and
a Heterogeneous Fleet through the use of Constraint Programming and the CPLEX tool. It
scrutinizes demand data from Ho Chi Minh City in Q4 2023, aiming to address the prevalent
issue of delivery delays during periods of high demand. The thesis outcome not only promise
to elevate operational efficiency for Viet Dang Dental, but also suggest a broader impact on the
dental sector in Vietnam by advocating for a shift towards more dynamic, data-informed supply
chain strategies. This research underscores the critical importance of adopting advanced
technological solutions to navigate and mitigate contemporary logistical challenges faced by
the dental industry, ultimately leading to significant enhancements in service delivery and client
satisfaction.
