This thesis explores the application of ABC Classification in conjunction with the Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) to optimize inventory reallocation and routing strategies within a warehouse setting. ABC Classification, a widely used inventory categorization method, is employed to classify items based on their annual consumption value, allowing for more efficient allocation of warehouse resources. The VRP, a well known combinatorial optimization and integer programming problem, is utilized to devise effective routing strategies that minimize the total route distance, thereby reducing operational costs and improving efficiency. The integration of these two methods provides a comprehensive approach to warehouse management, facilitating improved space utilization and more efficient routing. The findings of this study offer valuable insights for businesses seeking to enhance their warehouse operations and overall supply chain performance.en_US
