Improvement of motivation methods on creative employees at NCT corporation
Abstract
The current development of economic period requires organizations need to
have an ability employees. The research aims at improving motivation methods and management on creative employees at NCT Corporation to help it retain good people. In this study, the definitions of human resource are reviewed that based on the theories are collected from many books and the authors. From that, I have general knowledge about Human resource management.
The main method used in this research is qualitative method. The data of this study will be obtained from two sources: primary and secondary data. Base on qualitative research method, in-depth interviews were used to collect data. The interviewees, creative employees and managers expressed their opinion about motivation methods on creative employees. Secondary data about NCT Corporation will be collected from newspapers, internet, articles…. and documents available with the company.
I try to find out points, which NCT Corp has done well or even better and at which point NCT has shortcomings and needed to be improved. I also would to analysis these strengths and weaknesses of the NCT’s current performance in management of creative employees to discuss and offer recommendations for NCT in developing. This research not only plays the role of my thesis but also is a chance for me to research and
get interesting information about my favorite field. From that, this study helps NCT Corporation retain good creative employees as well as sustain a rich work force for the company.
