dc.description.abstract | Nowadays, protecting environment is a hard problem in all kinds of industries. In hospitality
industry, especially hotel services management. Most hotels now focus on the green practices and
creating a new service for the customers. So, this thesis is aim at investigating the green practices
(energy saving, water saving, reuse and recycle programs, green physical design and food-focused
green attributes) on the hotel image and customer willingness to pay more. Data is surveyed by
375 respondents who used to live in green hotels. The collected data is processed by applying the
PLS technique. The results of the research show the green practices have affected on both hotel
image and customer willingness to pay more. The results which we give in this research might be
help the managers have the good decision on their business. | en_US |
