dc.description.abstractPurpose – This research conducted on purpose of investigating several factors that influence tourists’s travel intention during and post- Covid 19. Based on the combination of previous frameworks, models, and the analysis of collected data, the research aims to provide key factors and recommendations for tourist destination managers to promote domestic travel intention during and after COVID-19 Design/Methodology/Approach - The quantitative technique is used to handle both primary and secondary data during the study. To guarantee a substantial and trustworthy data source for data processing, the questionnaire is created with around 300 samples that are done online. The data is then processed through several analytical stages utilizing SmartPLS, including descriptive statistics, validity and reliability analyses Findings – Literature review show that there are seven factors which are responsiveness: Travel Intention, Travel Desire, Perceived behavioural control, Media exposure, Healthcare system, Destination solidarity, and Local Safety Practices. However, after the data analysis, only Travel Desire, Perceived behavioural control and Local Safety Practices positively influenced Customer Loyalty. Moreover, Local Safety Practices has a significant direct and indirect impact on Travel intention.en_US
