The purpose of this study is to establish which aspects of Transformational Leadership from four categories (Idealized Influence, Individualized Consideration, Inspirational Motivation, and Intellectual Stimulation) are relevant and may influence Employees' Positive Mood and their Job Engagement. According to the study's results, hoteliers should prioritize Idealized Influence, Individualized Consideration, and Inspirational Motivation since they have both direct and indirect impact on Employees' Positive Mood and Job Engagement. Furthermore, in the context of Vietnam – particularly in Ho Chi Minh City – Intellectual Stimulation is not really required to consider. This study article will also make theoretical and managerial contributions to Hospitality industry experts.en_US
