dc.description.abstract | Human labor is a valuable resource in any sector, especially in the e
commerce sector because it plays a vital part in the e-commerce operating process.
However, this business is experiencing a labor shortage and a challenge to retain
existing young employees. As a result, this study sets out to discover the potential
elements that influence the turnover intentions of Generation Z employees, which
make up the majority of the workforce in today's economy.
Personal dimensions, job involvement, kinship responsibility, job stress, pay,
promotional opportunities, and job satisfaction are seven elements that can impact
the turnover intention of Generation Z employees. This research aims to see whether
the seven elements have a negative or positive impact on turnover intention.
In addition, a questionnaire survey with 246 qualified respondents would be done.
They are e-commerce employees who are less than or equal to twenty-four years old
and have prior job experience in this sector. Following that, the data will be
evaluated quantitatively and visualized using SPSS software version 20. I will
determine which elements have the most influence and which ones have a positive or
negative impact on the turnover intention of Generation Z employees based on the
regression results. Some recommendations will also be provided to assist businesses
in gaining a clearer view of e-commerce human resources and lowering the turnover
rate in this sector. | en_US |
