The impacts leading to the success of women's entrepreneurs in Vietnam economics
Abstract
In the era of globalization that society is increasingly civilized and technology is on the
strong rising momentum of development, the distinction between male and female is gradually
narrowing the gap. Nowadays, females have numerous opportunities to assert their working
capacity as well as their ability to manage employees and businesses. It is difficult to deny that
modern women have a certain influence on the prosperity of a national economy. The main
purpose of this study is to highlight the relationship of several factors that influence the success
of female entrepreneurs. Thereby, the factors listed below are most considered motivation,
personality traits, creativity, education and experience, and family factors. Research shows that
these factors play a positive role in women's efforts to achieve business success. In addition,
family support plays an important role in this endeavor as it appears to be a strong mediating
effect on women's success. However, women in society as a whole have not received
enthusiastic support from their families in their business choices. Therefore, this aspect needs to
be analyzed in depth to encourage women to participate in economic growth.
