dc.description.abstractThis study aims to investigate which factors among seven ones (Academic Preparation, Attitude, Self-initiative, Challenge Task, Supervisor’s Support, Task Clarity and Allowance) is important and contribute directly to Internship Performance attributes. The results from this research pointed out that except Academic Preparation and Allowance; university, student and hiring firms should put the rest indicator into consideration to gain more effective performance of intern. Especially, Attitude, Self Initiative and Supervisor’s Support is proven to have an indirect connection with Intern’s Satisfaction. In addition, both Career Skills and Career Growth influence directly with Intern’s Satisfaction. Finally, all the findings of this study hopefully encourage other researchers analyze deeper insight of internship and make significant contribution to labor market trend.en_US
