dc.description.abstractThe roles of banking structures and sectors are important to improve economic sectors in Vietnam. Therefore, Structure Conduct and Performance (SCP) models are useful in banking sectors of some countries because of the advantages in controlling banking’s risk behavior, therefore, when they have the main factors for increasing risks, it can also improve the performances of banks, especially reducing risk performances. This evidence is conducted to examine the relationship between risk’s taking behaviors and SCP models that are structures, conducts and performances of banks. Therefore, it can conclude the main factors to control or increase risk’s taking behaviors to conclude the suitable solutions for banks to control risk effectively. To conclude, there are exactly 29 banks to conduct this evidence from 2013 to 2019. The performances and SCP factors are collected based on the financial statements of firms. Based on the statistic result, it is concluded that all of factors in SCP diagram are important to control and reduce risk taking behaviors in Vietnamese banking sectors.en_US
