dc.description.abstractMotivation is an essential tool in managing employees. In developed countries like United Stated or England, managers value motivational approaches seriously because it affect company daily operation. Workers or employees that be motivated will enhance their performance and productivity. This study investigates the motivation procedure in a specific company in Vietnam – Vinamilk Can Tho company. In recent years, motivation is not considered seriously for Vietnamese managers and leaders. Employees go to work because of salary and the need of a stable job, then they do not care about motivational environment. Employees need jobs, not jobs need them. However, nowadays managers have to keep talent employees in company to enhance productivity. This study uses motivational approaches that conducted in other developed countries to apply in the context of Vietnamese organizations. The result may not totally support the original approaches, but it will show some aspects of motivation in Vietnamese company. Moreover, Vinamilk Can Tho company can use the result of this thesis to understand deeply their motivation procedure. Sample size of this research reaches to all employees of Vinamilk Can Tho company with 250 people.en_US
