Analyzing the quality of the recruitment and selection process of spiral consulting company, ltd
Abstract
In the era of knowledge economy, Human Resources, Information and
Trademarks are the three types of assets which have meaningful decisions but they did
not appear in the asset summary list of a business. After Vietnam became an official
member of the WTO, trade competition is becoming increasingly fierce, hence, the
survival and development of every organization depends on the most valuable resource is
its human resources force. To maximize positivity, enthusiasm and creativity of
employees, the knowledge and skills of human resource management is extremely
necessary and important for all levels of management.
Nowadays, with the advancement of modern science, technology and the
development of an open economy, administrators are forced to adapt. Therefore, how the
human resources selection, arrangement and training in apparatus organizations can
achieve high efficiency is what people interested. Moreover, Vietnam economy is now
growing and integrating with the world economy. To stay strong and grow, Vietnamese
businesses have to try a lot in all areas, especially the human administration. The
company must have systems with human resource management policies on recruitment,
training, payroll, etc to suit new requirements and approach to human resource
management in the market economy.
During the internship program I have been practicing in Spiral Limited Company
- a business which specializes in consultancy services and subcontractor personnel. This
is my study on the company in the process and procedures to carry out the recruitment,
selection, training and human resources management at the company.
