Online recruitment in HCMC : Key trends and recommendation for better utilization
Abstract
This research identifies Internet based recruitment methods from relevant literature and explores the relation between online recruitment channel and traditional recruitment methods. Based on understanding the advantages and disadvantages of using online recruitment in theory, the investigation of this new recruitment method and its trend focusing on Vietnamese people hope to be explored through this thesis. Also, the study aims to make a contribution to the scientific field of recruitment by providing a recommendation for better online recruitment utilization
