dc.description.abstract | Employee Turnover has been always one of the most concerned topics across nations and economic sectors because of its impact on organizational operations and strategies. Banking sector is not an exception. There was a variety of researches in different banks in many nations in order to measure the effect of determinants of Employee turnover and Employees Turnover Intention including public journals, text books and business articles published on internet.
This research was aimed at examining the effect of independent variables, namely Physical Work Environment, Psychological Work Environment, Job Stress, Compensation fairness, Career opportunities and Perceived External Prestige and the strength of their effect on Turnover Intentions of employees working at MB branches in HCMC.
A statistical sample of 278 employees was approached to collect primary data for analysis. SPSS software version 20.0 and its techniques were used for quantitative research with tools such as Cronbach’s Alpha, exploratory factor analysis, Correlation and Regression Analysis.
Research findings have found significant effects of Physical Work Environment and Perceived External on Employee turnover intentions at 08 MB branches in HCMC. The research provides contribution to the theoretical well as managerial aspect; however remain a number of limitations. Researcher believes that future researches will be further developed in order to eliminate limitation of this research and amplify it practical implications. | en_US |
