Evaluating HRM and leadership factor that affect job performance at work - The case study of International University
Abstract
Human resources practices in recently years performed as crucial component in management. Based on that concept, with the circumstance of development, International University – Vietnam National University now is possessing a huge number of employees regarding to lecturers and staff, therefore, IU need a solid method in order to enhance the performance of the organization. As a result, this research objectives aim at seeking significant relationship between HR practices including training development, performance related appraisal and award, reward system, communication, and leadership on employee job performance with moderated by job satisfaction, in addition, the data of this research is conducted through survey, in-depth interview, and analysis by Amos and Spss software. Nevertheless, the research is just conducted on IU’s staff only, so it might occur the subjective perspective, which is concerned at the limitation of the research.
