Study on the loyalty of employees at thousand crane Vietnam
Abstract
This study provides us vision relate on the practical rather than merely theorizing about what might be affective to employee loyalty. It bases on Factors Affecting Employee Retention: A Comparative Analysis of two Organizations from Heavy Engineering Industry, a study by Chandranshu Sinha (India) and Guide to AUN Actual Quality Assessment, researcher proposed research model and hypotheses. This is the reason why it is becoming more important in stabilizing original company’s structure in order to compete with the rivals. Research will able to provide our target: BPO industry in Viet Nam an opportunity to test the factors of contributing satisfaction of employees in this industry. Meanwhile, it helps to analyze and establish strategies in according to the business environment. This study includes 6 independent variables: (1) Benefits, (2) Expand relationship, (3) Job Flexibility, (4) Nature of working, (5) Working conditions, and (6) Personal Development. The investigation was done by distributing set of questionnaire to the staff of this company. The questionnaire results show that there is a significant correlation between employee satisfaction and loyalty with the six independent variables. Measurement scales were developed to measure constructs. Cronbach’s Alpha, Exploring Factor Analysis (EFA) were used to test the model with the support of SPSS. The result of this study on the sample of 186 staffs at Thousand Crane Viet Nam. After survey, almost staffs believed job flexibility and benefits are the most important factors. Working conditions influence stronger on Employee Loyalty than personal development, relationship and the last one is nature of working for this study. The research then advised that: In order to increase Employee Loyalty, Thousand Crane should concentration more on improve job flexibility; increase the salary and some benefit policies; training staff; plan of personal promotion for

deep research. There is no difference between Gender, Management levels to the employee loyalty, but Age, Grade levels and TNCT are vice versa. Some features were suggested to be included in the service such as: managers should add working conditions for enhance staff’s knowledge to attract and achieve higher efficiency; regularly organizes new training program and retraining staff to improve the working efficiency under the high pressure; regular updates new information or books; equipment in company usually prepared for staffs can work fluently; organize travel for staff to relax after long time working.
