dc.description.abstract | Purpose: This study examines the impact of leadership, environmental compliance,
organizational innovation, and creativity management on business performance. It
also show how environmental compliance and organizational innovation serve as
intermediate supports, enhancing the overall influence of leadership and creativity
management on business outcomes.
Method/ design/ approach : Quantitative method will be applied in this research.
Valuable respondents was received from managers and leaders at all levels from
large to small sized companies in Vietnam with a total of 118 responses. The
structural analysis for this research will be conducted using PLS-SEM
modeling.This study chooses PLS-SEM to analyze data and constructs.
Finding: The results obtained from the study are that leadership and organizational
innovation help improve environmental performance. Besides, leadership also has a
positive impact on environmental compliance and innovative management is also
related significantly with organizational innovation. In particular, this study clarifies
the mediating role of organizational innovation in supporting creativity management
affect to performance.
Originatively/ value: This research contributes to a deeper understanding of how
these important factors collectively influence business performance, providing
valuable insights for practitioners and scholars in the field of business management. | en_US |
