The advent of Industry 4.0, characterized by the integration of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and the Internet of Things, has revolutionized various industries worldwide, including the banking sector. In Vietnam, the development of Industry 4.0 has been gaining momentum, with the banking industry actively embracing digital transformation initiatives to enhance their operations and customer experiences, particularly in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. This research investigates the Industry 4.0 trends in the field of banking, with a specific focus on the perspectives and opinions of students in Ho Chi Minh City. The study aims to explore how young individuals, particularly university students, perceive and engage with digital transformation initiatives in the banking sector, particularly in the context of Industry 4.0 technologies.
