dc.description.abstract | This study investigated the influence of green intellectual capital and knowledge sharing
on green innovation performance of manufacturing firms in Vietnam. With the past
literature review, the study aimed to broaden the knowledge about the essential role of
green intellectual capital in organizational contexts. Furthermore, we provided a detailed
evidence of the effect of three aspects of green intellectual capital, particularly green
human capital, green structural capital, and green relational capital on explicit knowledge
sharing and tacit knowledge sharing, then lead to superior company green product
innovation and green process innovation. A sample of 543 respondents from 50
manufacturing firm is collected by convenient sampling method and snowball sampling
method, regardless of their industry and size. The results showed that three dimensions of
green intellectual capital are positively relate to green innovation. Through effects analysis,
a possible mechanism was provided by which all those three variables influenced on
knowledge sharing, which in turn, contributed to green product innovation and green
process innovation. This research has many practical implications, particularly for
professionals and administrators to understand the present state of their stakeholders' view
about environmental, social and economic performance. | en_US |
