dc.description.abstractThis research, based on self-determination theory, tests a model that explains motivations that have impact on knowledge sharing behaviors of employees. Totally, 396 respondents participated in the survey. The result showed that altruism for personal satisfactions, perceived competence and subjective norms are significantly impacting on knowledge sharing behaviors.
